Development and Application of a Remote Monitoring System for Agricultural Machinery Operation in Conservation Tillage

نویسندگان

چکیده

There is an increasing demand for remote monitoring and management of agricultural machinery operation in conservation tillage. Considering the problems large errors detecting quality parameters, such as tillage depth corn straw cover rate, complex farmland environments, this paper proposes a measurement method based on dual attitude compound tractor body three-point hitch mechanism with lower pull rod online K-means clustering rate surface. An terminal was developed collection parameters field operation. A system constructed applied over area. The tests showed that static mean error root-mean-square were 0.16 0.67 cm uphill 0.36 0.57 downhill, respectively. For 28 33 tests, dynamic 0.55 0.61 cm, root means square 0.64 0.73 respectively, coefficient variation did not exceed 3%. correlation between detection algorithm manual image marking reached 0.92, average 9.69%, accuracy filled detection. high thus provides effective information technology support production farming operations.
